In Swindon, there are an estimated 16,900 females and 10,700 males with common mental health problems of a level likely to benefit from identification and possible intervention, Stress being one of the most common mental health issues.


Join me for this FREE 1 hour group talk on the topic of Stress.

In addition to the talk there will be a 6hr ‘Understanding Stress’ workshop offered for those wishing to know more about Stress.

Before you can start learning how to manage your stress, you should have a sound understanding of what stress is and how you react to it, this 6 hour course will help you understand what stress is and how to understand it.


Course content:

  • Definition of what Stress is/means.
  • Possible causes of Stress.
  • The effects of Stress on the individual and others.
  • How everyday occurrences can trigger stress and what do to reduce them.
  • How to manage Stress.

  • How to understand and support people who experience Stress.

Who is the course for?
